Graphic Novel Club: Awkward

Thursday, September 10 from 4:00-5:00.

Graphic Novel Club is a space for graphic novel lovers to come together and talk about the books they love (or hate!). Each month, we will all read the same book and meet at the library to talk about it. We'll have discussion questions to keep the conversation going, activities related to the book, and a selection of read-alikes (books recommended for fans of the book we're discussing) available to borrow.

This month's pick: Awkward by Svetlana Chmakova Registration is required! For ages 8-13.

After shunning Jaime, the school nerd, on her first day at a new middle school, Penelope Torres tries to blend in with her new friends in the art club, until the art club goes to war with the science club, of which Jaime is a member.
