Pickling the Harvest

Join Library Director, Jean Shaughnessy, for Pickling the Harvest!

We will sample a variety of pickled vegetables including mustard cucumbers, pickled cauliflower, and watermelon rind pickles. Participants will then make their own jars of pickles to take home to enjoy.
