Herbs: Cooking and Preservation

Join Cristina Garcia of the Farm School for this fun and informative program!
Learn techniques for incorporating fresh herbs into your favorite meals and take herb preservation beyond pestos. We'll discuss, taste and demonstrate our way through sauces, oils, marinades, vinegars and dried preparations.
Classically trained, Garcia has been cooking and teaching for the past 10 years.  She is the chef at the Farm School of Athol and conducts cooking demonstrations monthly at Quabbin Harvest Co-op.
