The Athol Mini Game Con is almost here! We are so excited to share our amazing collection of games with everyone. If you haven't heard, local Dungeon Master and game enthusiast Joe McNamara is teaming up with the Athol Public Library to bring this brand new event to the library. During the two day event, guests will be invited to try out popular card games, board games, rpgs, and party games.

From beloved classics like Dungeons and Dragons, Chess, and Uno to newer titles like Wingspan, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, Sleeping Queens, Hues and Cues, and more there will be something for every type of board game lover. With options of activities to explore each day kids, teens, and adults can all find something to enjoy. We'll even have a few handmade games available to try. Volunteers will be on hand to teach players how to join in the fun. Guests can also sign up to join one of the mini Dungeons & Dragons campaigns running during the events.

Each time you play a game you'll earn a raffle ticket. You can enter to win Trash Pandas, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, Red7, The Mind, a copy of the most recent D&D Player's Handbook, a D&D essentials kit, or one of two $75 Gift Cards to Greenfield games. These awesome prizes are made possible by a grant from the Orange Cultural Council.

We have a jam packed schedule ready for you to enjoy. No need to stay for the whole time (unless of course, you are playing D&D), you can swap between activities as you please.
