Teen Volunteer Opportunity: Cards for Our Community

Tuesday, April 21 from 3:30 - 5:30pm

This April Vacation Week, gather with friends, flex your creativity, check off volunteer hours for graduation, and work together on a good cause.

Join us at the Athol Public Library's Teen Space to earn volunteer hours and spread joy in our community. We'll be working together to create greeting cards and notes for local senior citizens. Our goal is to make over 100 cards to send out into the community. All of the materials you need will be on hand along with examples to inspire you. Once we're done the Athol Council on Aging will help us distribute the cards to members of our community who could use an extra smile.

All teens, ages 12 -18, are invited to drop by any time between 3:30pm and 5:30pm to join us. Late arrivals welcome to join. No registration is required to attend, but we ask that you sign in when you arrive if you are hoping to have volunteer hours verified.
